Mobile Terms of Service

The Le Fleur IV mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Le Fleur IV LLC and Le Fleur IV San Diego, Inc. (collectively, “Le Fleur IV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”).
We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features at any time, without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
1. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile number and opting in to Le Fleur IV’s SMS/text messaging Service, you consent to receive recurring text messages from and on behalf of Le Fleur IV through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided.
This includes both transactional messages (such as order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer support notices) and promotional messages (such as special offers, product releases, restock alerts, and cart reminders).
Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.
Your consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase, and participation is entirely voluntary.
2. Message Frequency, Costs, and Responsibility
Message frequency varies based on account activity and promotional campaigns.
Le Fleur IV does not charge for the Service. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You are solely responsible for all SMS/text message charges, including those from your wireless provider.
Please contact your mobile service provider for details about your plan and any applicable fees.
3. How to Opt Out
You may cancel or opt out of the Service at any time.

Alternatively, click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message.
After sending STOP, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out request. No further marketing messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.
If you have subscribed to other Le Fleur IV mobile programs, you will need to opt out separately from each one, unless required otherwise by law.

5. Changes to Contact Numbers
Le Fleur IV may change the telephone number or short code used for this Service at any time.

Messages sent to a previous number or short code may not be received, and we are not responsible for honoring requests sent to inactive numbers.
6. Wireless Carrier Disclaimer
Supported wireless carriers are not liable for delayed, failed, or undelivered messages.
Availability of the Service may vary by your carrier or device.
7. Your Obligations
You agree to provide a valid mobile number and promptly notify us if you change or deactivate your number. If your mobile number is reassigned, you agree to opt out before the number is transferred to another person to prevent accidental communications.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Le Fleur IV will not be liable for any failures, delays, or misdirected delivery of messages, or for any errors in the content of messages, or any actions you take or fail to take in reliance on any message received through the Service.
You acknowledge that the Service is provided on an “as is” basis and may be affected by carrier network issues, device performance, or external factors beyond our control.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
Information collected through our mobile messaging Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We do not share text messaging opt-in data or consent information with third parties, except as required to provide the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Mobile Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Service will be handled in accordance with California law.
